Charlton 1 Leicester 1
SHAUN BARTLETT equalised for Charlton on the stroke of half-time in the FA Cup fifth round at the Valley.
Paul Konchesky's low cross from the left was flicked into the net at the near post by the South African international in stoppage time.
The visitors had more than matched their Premiership opponents throughout the half, although the closest either side came early on was a long range effort by Konchesky that flashed across the face of the goal and went wide.
The home fans atarted getting restless as the visitors looked increasingly threatening but the Addicks stayed strong at the back and almost snatched the opening goal just after the half hour mark.
Bryan Hughes broke forward from midfield and had a shot that was tipped over the bar by former England keeper Ian Walker.
It was no surprise when Leicester tok the lead after 37 minutes. A long ball into the box by Joey Gudjonsson was headed into the net at the far post by an unchallenged Nikos Dabizas.
Charlton provided the perfect response and Bartlett's strike ensured the teams went in level at the break.
