CHARLTON slipped closer to the Championship on Saturday with a disastrous home defeat to Middlesbrough.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink gave the Addicks the lead in the 27th minute but the visitors stormed back with goals from youngster Lee Cattermole, Julio Arca and Yakubu.
