Harlow Town 1 - 1 Chatham Town

CHATHAM Town failed to capitalise on a good start and had to settle for a share of the points at Harlow Town.

Chats are now third in the Southern League Division 1 East table after Corby Town took all three points at home against Berkhamstead Town to go second.

The visitors took the lead after 15 minutes when Steve Best rose to powerfully head home Tom Binks' cross.

But Harlow began to assert themselves on the game and got their reward five minutes before the break when Sammy Winston converted from the penalty spot after he had been fouled by Louis Green.

Chatham: Green, Binks, D. Larkin, Boyle, Bourne, Best, Solly, Searle (Walker 90), Amadi, Cass, Garrett (A. Larkin 77).
Subs Not USed: Finn, Brooks, Miles.
