CANTERBURY'S Mel Clewlow has been in excellent form for England during their women's hockey Test series with South African in Potchefstrom.

The city club's captain has revelled in a new midfield role, scoring in the 4-1 first Test win on Saturday and again in Sunday's 2-1 success.

Canterbury clubmate Anna Bennett also scored in the 4-1 win. The third Test was due to be played yesterday (Wednesday) with the final game tomorrow.
