THE fixtures for the Ryman League season have been released.

Last season's Division 1 champions Ramsgate begin life in the Premier Division with a home clash against Heybridge Swifts, while fellow promoted side Tonbridge Angels - who defeated Kent rivals Dover Athletic in the play-off final - travel to Hendon on the opening day.

Dover begin their quest to get over the disappointment of missing out last season with a visit to Molesey, who finished 17th in the Division 1 table last season.

Robin Trott's first full season as Margate manager starts with a trip to Worthing on Saturday, August 19.

Folkestone Invicta begin their Premier Division campaign by welcoming Harrow Borough to The Buzzlines Stadium, while Bromley, starting a new era under new boss Mark Goldberg, make the journey to Chelmsford City.

In Division 1 South, Ashford Town, who struggled for the majority of last season, travel to Kingstonian and Cray Wanderers entertain Horsham YMCA at Hayes Lane.

Chatham Town and Sittingbourne, who have made the switch from the Southern League, begin with home clashes against Croydon Athletic and Godalming Town respectively.

Dartford, who have made the same transition, start their campaign away from Prince's Park at Burgess Hill Town.

Newly-promoted Maidstone United's first chance to show they can make the step up to the Ryman League comes at Hastings United.

Boxing Day sees some interesting local derbies taking place across the county.

In the Premier Division, Folkestone Invicta host Tonbridge Angels and Margate make the short trip to Southwood to face Ramsgate.

In Division 1, Chatham entertain Dartford while Sittingbourne play host to Maidstone United.

No local sides are involved in matches on New Year's Day. The first games of 2007 take place on Saturday, January 6.
