Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish and his assistant Alan Kimble face FA charges of improper conduct for their part in a touchline fracas during the game against Rushden earlier this month.
Rushden boss Garry Hill and his assistant Justin Edinburgh also face the same charge following the incident.
Daish, Kimble and Hill were dismissed following Simon Downer’s foul on Fleet striker Luke Moore. Hill went into the Fleet technical area as the row broke out and both managers had to be kept apart.
All four have until February 4 to respond to the charges.
Meanwhile, Fleet face games in successive days next week. They travel to Crawley in the Setanta Shield on Tuesday and to Whitstable in the Kent Cup on Wednesday.
