Sheerness Swimming Club & Lifeguard Corps clinched two silver medals during Sunday’s Royal Lifesaving Society Kent Resuscitation Championships at Aylesford Primary School.
In the senior event Anne-Maire Crowder was second in two of the three tests and fourth in the other, which was enough to give earn her a silver medal.
The were six members taking part in the junior event.
Claiming the club’s second silver medal was 13-year-old Lucy Checksfield in the girls’ competition.
Also competing were Emily Harrison (7th), Georgia March (8th) and Morgan Crichton, who finished ninth in her first competition.
In the boys’ competition Oliver Harrison, 12, finished fifth despite leading the event at one stage, while eight-year-old Wesley Stockbridge finished seventh in his first event.
