CHARLTON manager Alan Curbishley's selection options for the Premiership clash at Middlesbrough on Sunday have been boosted by the return of two players.

Club captain Matt Holland is winning his race to be fit after concussion.

Jonathan Spector, the defender on loan from Manchester United, is set to make his first competitive start for the Addicks, with Gonzalo Sorondo suspended and Talal El Karkouri still short of match practice.

Darren Ambrose is still suspended following his sending off in the opening day victory at Sunderland.
