ENHL South champions Invicta Dynamos get their play-off campaign underway with a trip to Streatham Redskins on Sunday.
The Mos rounded off their league campaign with a 5-2 win at Milton Keynes Thunder last weekend and will now play the rest of the top four sides home and away in the play-offs.
As well as their games against the Redskins, the Mos are due to play Basingstoke Buffalo and Cardiff Devils twice.
Player-coach Kev Parrish said: "We are looking forward to the play-offs. We want to win every competition we enter.
"We have played Streatham four times already this season and won all four. But they have been getting progressively better and our last match against them was really tough.
"They will try and stifle our attacking play and hit us on the break but we have worked on a system to try and counter that.
"If things go to plan, the play-off should come down to our last two games against Cardiff but we need to make sure we win the other games against Streatham and Basingstoke to put us in a good position."
The Mos were hoping for an easier preparation for this Sunday’s clash with Streatham than their final league game against Milton Keynes.
With nothing riding on the match, it was expected to be an easy warm-down to the season, but Thunder had other ideas.
Using physical tactics, they tried to intimidate Invicta and the hosts raced into a 2-0 lead with goals from Lewis Clifford and Paul Jamieson.
But the Mos kept their composure and hit back to win 5-2 with two goals from man-of-the-match Donald Gagnon and one each from Peter Carey, AJ Smith and Kev Lake.
