Dynamos sign new defenceman

Invicta Dynamos have signed defenceman Jack Tarczycki from Bracknell Bees.

The 18-year-old caught the eye of Dynamos coach Kevin Parrish while playing for Streatham before his move to the Bees.

Tarczycki said: "Invicta are a solid club from top to bottom, who are progressive in their thinking and approach to the game, with a massive fan base.

"The opportunity to play with quality players who I’ve played against was too good to miss.

"I look forward to putting on the Dynamos jersey and giving 100 per cent every shift.”

Meanwhile, it was confirmed at the English League's annual meeting that the North and South Leagues will be split into two divisions with automatic promotion and relegation between the two tiers.

The team finishing last in Division 1 will be replaced by the champions of Division 2 the following season, while whoever finishes second to last in Division 1 will play a two game tie against the second placed team in Division 2 for a place in the top tier the following year.

South Division 1: Bracknell Hornets, Cardiff Dragons, Haringey Greyhounds, Invicta Dynamos, Milton Keynes Thunder, Oxford City Stars, Peterborough Islanders, Streatham Redskins.

South Division 2: Basingstoke Buffalo, Chelmsford Chieftains, Invicta Mustangs, Lee Valley Lions, Romford Spitfires, Slough Harrier Hawks, Solent & Gosport, Swindon ENL Wildcats, Vectis Tig.
