DELROY FACEY could be the answer to Mark Stimson’s shortage in attack when Chris Dickson returns to Charlton.

Dickson was substituted for Facey at Bournemouth and Stimson was impressed with his replacement’s performance.

Stimson said: “Dickson has to go back after the Brighton game and the place is up for grabs. The way he (Facey) came on on Saturday was brilliant.

“He won his headers, retained the ball and set the standard. I told him he just needs to keep that up. That’s the hardest thing for players - to keep up that standard."
