GILLINGHAM'S Under-19 side have returned victorious from the 2002 Kelts Cup international tournament in Germany. The young Gills beat Belgian side KV Mechelen 2-1 in the final.

The tournament was contested over four days by eight teams to celebrate the centenary of German side MSV Duisburg and was opened by former German and Tottenham international Jurgen Klinsmann.
