Wrexham 3 Ebbsfleet 2

Ebbsfleet lost by the odd goal in five on their first ever visit to the Racecourse Ground in the Blue Square Premier.

Neil Barrett had given Fleet an early lead but a brace from their former player Jefferson Louis condemned them to defeat and ended their six game unbeaten run.

Barrett headed in Stacy Long's corner after 25 minutes to put the visitors ahead.

But Louis got his side back on terms when he tapped home Tom Kearney's right-wing cross after 36 minutes.

Louis then headed in Shaun Whalley's cross five minutes after half-time to put his side in front.

Wrexham added a third after Darius Charles fouled Simon Brown in the penalty area. Brown picked himself up to convert the spot kick after 75 minutes.

Michael Gash's injury time goal from close range brought Fleet back within touching distance but they were unable to snatch a point.
