Welling v Team Bath

Manager Andy Ford has demanded an immediate response from his Welling players ahead of Tuesday night's clash at home to Team Bath in Blue Square South.

The Wings dropped three points at home to lowly Bishop's Stortford last weekend and Ford is keen to get their play-off push back on track.

"We need three points," said Ford. "I'm expecting a reaction from my players.

"We're lucky that we are still in the play-off places after losing last Saturday but we can't afford to drop more points at home.

"Having said that, we're up against a good side who are well organised and well drilled."

Ford welcomes back Lee Blackburn and Sanchez Ming from suspension and believes the recent disruption to his team selection has not helped Welling's cause.

"Just when you think you've got it sorted, something comes along to kick you," said Ford.

"But we have to accept these things. With Lee and Sanchez out, Moses Ademola not available and Graeme Andrews suffering from illness, it has disrupted us a bit."
