CHARLTON Athletic Ladies will be playing their first home match of the season on Thursday night at their new home of Princes Park at Dartford and fans can get in for free.

Watford are the visitors for the Tesco Premier League National Division encounter which kicks off at 7.45pm, although most home game will be on Sundays at 2pm.

After huge summer upheaval which led to all of last season's regular outfield first-team players seeking new clubs, a young Addicks side lost 7-0 to current league leaders Bristol Academy on Sunday in their season opener.

The team is overseen by the Charlton Community Trust, and community director Jason Morgan said: "We're really looking forward to starting a new era.

"It's been a long summer and a lot of people have worked very hard to keep the women's team going, so it would be nice for the girls to have plenty of support in their first home match."
