Charlton v West Brom

CHARLTON boss Alan Pardew has threatened to shake-up his squad for the FA Cup tie against West Brom on Saturday.

Pardew was deeply disappointed by the New Year's Day performance in the 2-1 home defeat by bottom club Colchester and several fringe players could now be given the chance to stake a claim to a first team place.

Among them is striker Chris Dickson, who returned from his loan spell at Gillingham last month after becoming the club's leading-scorer.

Pardew confirmed that right-back Yassin Moutaouakil would start the tie after announcing that Danny Mills had returned to Manchester City.

Midfielder Dean Sinclair has returned from his loan spell at Cheltenham owing to injury.

The manager would make no comment on strong speculation linking Charlton with versatile Colchester skipper Karl Duguid who can play at right-back, left-back, left-wing and up front.
