Holders Ebbsfleet marched into the quarter-final of the FA Trophy with a comfortable 2-0 win over Swindon Supermarine at a packed Stonebridge Road on Saturday.

Free admission resulted in a crowd of 3,350 and the fans went home happy as the Fleet secured their last eight spot.

It was two Michael Gash goals in four second half minutes did the damage.

First, he made no mistake after the Swindon keeper had parried Ricky Shakes's 55th minute cross and then on 59 minutes he was on hand again to make the result safe
