BARTRAM: decision in the New Year

GILLINGHAM'S veteran goalkeeper Vince Bartram is considering retiring after breaking an arm in the 4-3 win over Millwall on September 6.

He collided with opposite number Tony Warner who had moved up for a corner in the closing minutes.

Bartram, 35, underwent surgery for a broken arm but has since failed to gain full movement in his wrist.

He is expected to announce a decision early in the New Year.
