GILLINGHAM chairman Paul Scally and striker David Graham have admitted charges relating to the player's transfer from Sheffield Wednesday in August last year.
The club was charged with a breach of the FA Football Agents Regulations after they were alleged to have dealt with Jon Kirtland and/or Chris McMenemy, with respect to Graham's transfer, neither of whom was a licensed agent or exempt individual.
David Graham was charged with a breach of the same regulations for allegedly using the services of Kirtland and/or McMenemy.
Paul Scally was charged with a breach of the FA Rules for failing to comply with the requests to attend an interview in connection with The FA's inquiry - all parties have requested personal hearings.
