Gillingham manager Mark Stimson is facing a fight from within to keep his squad united.
The Gills boss believes togetherness is key to turning around their poor start to the season but admits not everyone is pulling in the same direction.
“The most important ingredient of it all is togetherness and we’re nearly there,” said Stimson, following their 1-0 defeat at home to Luton on Saturday.
“We’re 99.9 per cent. We’ve got this one point missing. Every single player but one was in the changing room afterwards on Saturday.
“I’m not going to name his name. I’ll deal with it in my own way."
