Gills get permission to play on-loan duo in Cup

Gillingham have been boosted with the news that new Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has agreed to allow on-loan pair Andy Barcham and Leigh Mills to play in the FA Cup first round tie against League 2 rivals Bury at Gigg Lane.

Barcham and Mills are needed as Gills boss Mark Stimson still has injury worries over three players.

Striker Simeon Jackson who has missed the last three games with ankle trouble, Dennis Oli (foot) and Mark McCammon (hamstring).

Nicky Southall is cup-tied having played in the competition while on-loan at Dover.
