GILLINGHAM have signed Northern Ireland international midfielder Steve Lomas on a free transfer.
The 33-year-old moves to Priestfield after leaving QPR, where he made 36 first-team appearances last season.
Lomas, who has also played for Manchester City and West Ham, has represented Northern Ireland on 45 occasions, scoring three goals.
Gills manager Ronnie Jepson said Lomas is a "tremendous signing for the club" and will be "an excellent addition to our squad".
Jepson confirmed Lomas signed a one year deal, with an option for a further year.
