Gillingham’s squad came back together for the start of pre-season training on Wednesday morning.
The first-team members were joined by the Gills development squad and the under-19s for a two-hour session at Beechings Cross.
New signing Amine Linganzi joined up with his team-mates for the first time, having been signed by boss Martin Allen earlier this month.
Goalkeeper Tommy Forecast has not been offered a new deal at Priestfield but he joined in the session, which saw the players split into four groups. However, 36-year-old striker Deon Burton – another free agent – was not in attendance.
Gillingham begin their pre-season friendly programme this Saturday, when they are sending teams to play at Ashford United and Faversham Town.
