Gillingham manager Mark Stimson was highly critical of his side's defending in the 4-4 draw against Aldershot on Tuesday.

The Gills threw away a 3-1 lead and Stimson described the defending as worse than schoolboy.

He is now targeting maximum points from his side's next two home games against Macclesfield and Bournemouth to get their play-off push back on track.
