SET PIECE THREAT: Nicky Southall
SET PIECE THREAT: Nicky Southall

STEVE BANKS: A late replacement for Jason Brown, Banks did everything that was asked of him. 6

NYRON NOSWORTHY: A solid game and made one vital clearance off the line. 6

BARRY ASHBY: Helped keep Millwall quiet in the first half and repelled them after the break. 6

IAN COX: The strong winds made defending difficult, but Cox coped well enough. 6

RICHARD ROSE: Was tested when Scott DObie used his pace out wide but, like Nosworthy, also made a goalline clearance (substituted for Matt Jarvis, 72 mins). 5

NICKY SOUTHALL: His dead-ball deliveries looked Gillingham's best chance of a goal all afternoon. 7

PAUL SMITH: Led the way in the battle for midifield dominance. 7

MIKE FLYNN: Faded in and out of the game but should have won it late on. 5

ANDREW CROFTS: The Wales Under-21 international was solid, but unspectacular. 5

DARIUS HENDERSON: Always worked hard but never threatened the Millwall goal. 5

DARREN BYFIELD: Some nice touches but found life hard on a dreadful pitch (substituted for Iwan Roberts, 65 mins). 5
