KENT schoolboy James Goodman will be the youngest member of England’s under-19 world cup squad in Malaysia.
Goodman, 17, from Orpington, was Kent player of the year in 2007 and he’ll link up with the squad in Sri Lanka before the month-long tournament.
England begin on February 17 against Ireland in Kuala Lumpur. Also in their group will be Bermuda and Bangladesh.
The youngster, who plays for Bromley Common, will be given a six-month leave from St Olave’s School.
