MARGATE will be at home to Chichester City, East Preston or Cowes Sports in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup on Saturday, September 10.

Gate manager Chris Kinnear said: "We have to start somewhere, and there is some nice prize money to be won at that stage of the competition."

He could also face Dover in the second qualifying round of the FA Trophy, if they beat Dartford and Margate win their opening tie at Bashley.
