THE Gillingham-based Invicta Dynamos ice hockey team take on Milton Keynes Thunder this weekend with every reason to feel confident. They have already beaten them four times this season.
Player coach Phil Chard said: "It will be tough because it's away and they have a good goalie and some decent players, but as always we believe we will win.
"It looks as though their best player Michael Knights will be out after shoving over a linesman, which never does you any favours. He usually controls most of their play, so it will be a big bonus if he's not playing."
Dynamos picked the perfect moment to finally beat Oxford City Stars on their own ice as they thrashed them 9-2 last Sunday.
The result means the Mos are now odds on favourites to top the play-off table and be the English National Hockey League (South) representatives in the final against the North division winners.
