GILLINGHAM'S Andrew Crofts has been called up to the Wales squad for their friendly with Northern Ireland on Tuesday.

The 22-year-old midfielder has made four appearances for his country after making his debut in 2005 as a substitute against Azerbaijan.

Meanwhile, striker Bas Savage, who left Gillingham after refusing an offer of a permanent contract, has joined League 1 Brighton.
