Albert Jarrett will be given another run out for Gillingham’s reserve side today at Charlton’s training ground.

Jarrett’s last game for the first team was on December 28 and he’ll be out to prove his fitness and his worth to the Gills in the Combination League fixture.

The winger has now recovered from an ankle injury and needs minutes under his belt on the field.

Fellow first team players Alan Julian, Stuart Lewis and Rene Steer are also likely to play in the match, along with a few trialists and youth team players.

The game was originally due to be played at Priestfield but to preserve the pitch the it has been moved to Charlton’s Sparrows Lane facility. Kick-off is at 2pm.
