Gillingham v Swansea City

RONNIE JEPSON has said it has been "incredible" the amount of players that have been unavailable this season.

Against Swansea, Jepson will be without the suspended Sean Clohessy and Leon Johnson, although Alan Pouton is available after a successful appeal against his dismissal on Tuesday night.

Injured pair Chris Hope (thigh) and Paul Shields (leg) are out, while Andrew Crofts is on nine yellow cards, one away from an automatic suspension.

Jepson said: "The amount of injuries and suspensions we’ve had is quite incredible really but I don’t like to hide behind it. Justin Cochrane’s also been poorly and hasn’t trained all week and we have one or two other little knocks.

"But I still believe we have the quality to stay in this league. I have belief in the lads and I have to make them believe in themselves. When they are nervous they play within

themselves and it’s my job to build them up."
