GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson has admitted forward Gary Mulligan has been attracting the attention from other clubs.

The 21-year-old has netted eight times since the end of October having made a slow start to his Gills career in terms of goalscoring.

Jepson believes the interest is fully deserved. He said: "Rightly so, because of what he gives the team, not just his goals, but the other side."
