GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson hsays he's happy with the way the club's youngsters are establishing themselves as senior players.
He said: "I’m quite honest with my players. The likes of Paul Smith are players of the past and we’ve got a new crop.
"It is up to people like Crofts and Flynn to pick up the mantle. Hopefully we can go on from here.
"I think there’s more improvement to come from the players and at the moment I’m trying to install that belief in them."
