Kent Kings were thrashed 60-31 in a National League meeting at Buxton Hitmen on Sunday.

Former skipper Dave Mason did his best to fill the void with a 12+1 return, while Ben Morley claimed nine points.

But Buxton No.1 Charles Wright led the way with 14 points, including four heat victories, as National League strugglers Kent suffered a heavy defeat.

Kings are back in action at Central Park on Monday night with Coventry Storm the visitors for a rearranged league meeting.
