All four Kent teams in the FA Cup first round will be up against non-league opposition.
Gillingham have been given home advantage in the draw, which was made on Sunday afternoon.
The Gills will host Skrill North opposition after they were paired with Brackley or Barrow, who drew 0-0 in the fourth qualifying round on Saturday. The sides will replay on Tuesday night.
Brackley are fifth in Skrill North with just one defeat in their 11 league games but Barrow will fancy their chances in a replay, despite sitting 17th in the table with just two wins from 12 league games to date.
Dover's reward for reaching the first round is an away trip to Corby Town, who won 3-1 at Colwyn Bay on Saturday.
Whites, who saw off Oxford City, will be confident of defeating a side who sit 19th in the Calor League Premier, one level below Dover in the pyramid.
The winners of the replay between Ebbsfleet and Dartford at Princes Park on Tuesday night will travel away. Skrill Premier Salisbury, who won the Conference South play-off final against Dover last season, will play host after they won 1-0 at Bath.
Welling, 1-0 winners at Brislington on Saturday, will entertain fellow Skrill Premier outfit Luton at Park View Road.
The ties are due to be played on Saturday, November 9.
