Kent have been drawn to play Somerset in next Wednesday's Friends Provident quarter-final in Canterbury.
Spitfires finished top of the South East Division by two points after Middlesex beat Kent's fellow-qualifiers Essex in Wednesday's rain affected clash at Lord's.
The tie represents a very quick chance for Kent to avenge last weekend's tight 20-run championship defeat at the hands of the West Country county in Tunbridge Wells.
Kent's commercial and operations director Jon Fordham said tickets are already on sale on the club's website. Admission will be free for members, all other tickets will be £15 adults, £12 for senior citizens and £8 for children.
The tie is also being televised by Sky Sports and will start at 12.10pm.
Mr Fordham added: "A home game isn't a big cash cow in terms of club finances, but to my mind a home tie gives us the best possible chance of reaching the semis and that has to be good for the players and the county."
Quarter final draw: Kent v Somerset, Durham v Nottinghamshire, Gloucestershire v Yorkshire, Leicestershire v Essex.
