Lillywhites look to reverse losing trend

Newport County v Bromley

Following back-to-back defeats, Bromley will be looking to return to winning ways when they travel to Newport County on Saturday in the Blue Square South.

After crashing out of the FA Cup to lower league AFC Hornchurch last weekend and losing to Braintree in the league the weekend before, the Lillywhites have every chance of redressing the balance in Wales.

Newport have endured a poor start under new manager Dean Holdsworth to the season winning just one out nine in the league - and they too are out of the FA Cup, losing to league rivals Dorchester Town after a replay.

However Bromley, who are 12th in the table, have won just once on the road - at Havant & Waterlooville in August - travel to Chelmsford City on October 11 before returning to Hayes Lane on October 18 to face Basingstoke.
