Grays Athletic v Bromley
BROMLEY turn their attention to the FA Cup on Saturday with an eye on a place in the first round draw.
A trip to Conference side Grays in the fourth qualifying round stands in their way and both clubs head into the match on a high.
While Bromley beat East Thurrock 6-3 last Saturday, Grays won 6-0 at St Albans, but assistant manager Murray Jones, who was at the match, sees no reason to fear the Conference side.
"I saw a very poor St Albans side and I came away from the game quite up-beat,” he said. “If we keep our performance levels up we can compete with them.
"We’re capable of giving a good account of ourselves. We’ll be going there to win and we’ll just have to see that happens."
Bromley rested several key players during Saturday’s FA Trophy win over Thurrock, some of whom were carrying knocks.
The club’s management will be keeping a close eye on defender Donal O’Sullivan (groin), striker Tony Boot (thigh) and hamstring victims Sam Wood, Mark Corneille and Llyod Blackman.
