HOLCOMBE were left to regret missed chances after suffering a 4-1 defeat away to Oxted in the National South Division on Sunday.
Oxted started strongly and took a 2-0 lead into half-time. Both goals were scored by Johannes Kloess.
In the second half, Kloess struck twice more as Oxted raced into a 4-0 lead before Holcombe scored a late consolation through Danny Laslett’s reverse flick.

A late goal from Graham Butler earnt Bromley & Beckenham a 1-1 draw against fellow strugglers Robinson's.
Adam Davies put the home side ahead before Butler scored from a penalty corner after 59 minutes.
