GILLINGHAM must do without midfielder Andrew Crofts for Saturday's League 1 clash at Crewe Alexandra.

The 22-year-old is on international duty for Wales' Euro 2008 qualifiers against Slovakia and Cyprus.

Gills boss Ronnie Jepson said: "It’s a shame we are losing Crofty. To lose someone who has been in the starting line-up all season is a blow when you have a small squad."
