Invicta Dynamos head coach Kevin Parrish is targeting the next three weeks as a period of momentum building as his side look to seal qualification from their ENIHL Cup group before their league season resumes on November 23.

Invicta’s cup campaign continues on Sunday when they travel to Alexandra Palace for their fifth group game, against ENIHL South 1 whipping boys Haringey Greyhounds - but Parrish insists his team won’t be taking the winless London side lightly.

"We can’t look at Sunday’s game in terms of their poor recent results," Parrish said. "Haringey have managed to get most of their squad back to fitness and have signed a few new players.

"Despite this, we will be looking to start building our momentum, generate a positive attitude and get our confidence up."

Jamie Dancey is expected to return to the line-up on Sunday after sitting out last week due to a suspected concussion. Ian Rowlands should start between the pipes but captain Grant Baxter is definitely out with a shoulder injury.
