INVICTA Dynamos have overtaken Streatham Redskins at the summit of the ENHL and although their rivals have a game in hand, coach Kevin Parrish said the shift could have a bearing on the rest of the season.
He said: "It’s good to have the top spot going into the Christmas break. It’s where we are used to being and we like that pressure.
"We have been chasing Streatham all season and now hopefully it’s their turn to chase us. It gives us a psychological advantage."
The Dynamos have an immediate return game with Lee Valley at the Ice Bowl on Sunday (5.15pm face-off).
