Chesterfield v Gillingham
GILLINGHAM travel to Chesterfield on Saturday and new loan signing Gary Mulligan is expected to play a part in attack.
The Gills will travel north with renewed confidence after their first away victory of the season at Swansea in midweek.
Manager Ronnie Jepson said of his new player: "He’s a fair size, a young Dublin boy with a fantastic work ethic who gets about and is not easily fazed.
"Neil Warnock (Sheffield United manager) has done us a favour letting us bring him down here for a month. He’s willing and wants to improve and is the type of player and type of deal we’re after."
Centre half Leon Johnson admits recent results have boosted the confidence in the squad and said: "Ronnie’s got us well-organised with everyone knowing exactly what they are doing.
"He wanted us more aggressive and dominant and me and Ian Cox know we have to keep on our toes with Chris Hope and Brent Sancho at the club or we won’t be playing.
"I really fancied us at Swansea the other night. We knew it would be difficult and it will be at Chesterfield as they are a physical side but I’m confident we can go there and win."
