PADDOCK WOOD athlete Tina Oldershaw and Sue James have been rewarded for their excellent current form with selection as reserves to represent England in the Masters International Cross Country at Stormont Castle in Belfast next month.
Oldershaw won the W40 national title over 10 miles at Tadworth on Sunday with the third best ranking time of the year in her age group of 60mins18secs.
James is the 2007 national W55 cross country champion and recently led GB to W55 team silver in the World Masters cross country championships in Italy.
The match in Belfast pitches England teams against Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire in races for women and men over 35 years.
