ALAN PARDEW will consider changing personnel and tactics to halt Charlton’s slide after three successive defeats cut Charlton adrift of the early Championship pace-setters.
The Addicks, who were once firmly tucked in behind leaders Watford, now find themselves in eighth place after a sorry slide which saw them booed off by the own supporters on Saturday following a vibrant August and September.
“Am I considering changing the personnel and the tactics ? Maybe both,” said the Charlton boss, who agreed that supporters had every right to voice their dissatisfaction.
“A lot depends on who I get back from injury this week, which will be important. If I get the right sort of leadership back then I won’t go into the market, though it remains a possibility.
“When you’re on the back of three defeats, any club would look for a boost.”
