Gillingham felt they should have been awarded a penalty at Priestfield on Saturday.
And manager Martin Allen also felt striker Cody McDonald was wrongly signalled offside, when through on goal.
Gillingham boss Allen, who saw his side denied a clear-cut penalty last time out at Priestfield, against Brentford, is hoping those decisions start turning in their favour.
“We haven’t had any decisions yet from the officials,” said the Gills boss.
“I need to make it clear I am not complaining, that’s just a fact. The ball hit the player on the arm and as we have seen when the ball hits a player on the arm in the box, then some referees do give it. But it wasn’t to be.
“McDonald went through and he wasn’t offside, that was a bad decision by the linesman. I hope they even themselves out because we haven’t had anything so far. Maybe because it’s little Gillingham playing against bigger clubs.
“I don’t know why it is. We conduct ourselves in the right way with the referees, regarding dissent and our players show good discipline towards referees.
“I try to have good disciplines as well and hopefully over the season we will start to have some breaks.”
