INVICTA DYNAMOS secured a 4-2 win over Chelmsford in the English National League on Saturday.

Dynamos started strongly but both teams failed to break the deadlock in the first period.

In the second period, the home side took the lead through Rob Young before Dynamos pulled level through Elliott Andrews.

Goals from Joe Allen and Andy Smith made it 3-1 in the third, before David Bones sent a backhand shot past Glen Jackson to set up a tense finish.

Mos completed the scoring at 56.10 on the powerplay through Andrews.

The Dynamos completed a perfect weekend with a comfortable 9-2 win over Bracknell Hornets in the ENIHL Cup at the Gillingham Ice Bowl on Sunday.

Dynamos took the lead in the first period through Joe Allen.

Goals from Andy Smith (2) and Alex Shaw made it 4-1 in the second.

Ken Forshee extended Invicta's lead in the third before Jamie Smith, Peter Carey, Ryan Giles and Allen completed the rout.
