CHARLTON’S potentially huge game at Watford early in the New Year will be shown live on television.

The Vicarage Road fixture – the Addicks’ first away game of 2008 - has been moved from 3pm to 5.20pm on Saturday, January 19, and will be shown on Sky Sports.

Both sides were relegated from the Premiership at the end of the 2006/07 season and are among the favourites to earn promotion straight back up.

Watford are six points clear at the top of the Championship and have won five and drawn one of their six homes games so far this term.

By comparison Alan Pardew’s side lie seventh with two wins, two draws and two defeats on the road.
