PULMAN: lives close to the Southwood ground

RYMAN LEAGUE Division 1 leaders Ramsgate have completed the signing of Ian Pulman from Dartford.

The 21-year-old Thanet-born striker completed the move after talks with boss Jim Ward on Monday night.

Pulman began his career as a trainee at Chelsea and also had an 18 month spell with Gillingham, before a knee injury scuppered his chances at Priestfield.

He played in Rams' youth team before moving to Margate, and has also played on loan at Eastbourne Borough, Folkestone Invicta and Erith & Belvedere.

Ward put in a seven day approach for Pulman who has scored four goals for the Darts this season and only lives a short distance from the club's Southwood ground.
