Sheffield Utd v Charlton
CHARLTON, who have not won away for more than a year, visit companions in distress Sheffield United this Saturday in a match neither club can afford to lose.
“Saturday’s point against Everton was a platform for us to build on,” manager Les Reed insisted. “I don’t want to go too far back in the history of us not winning away because it’s not productive.
"I’m going to work more on what we can do to improve on our chances of winning away from home rather than look for the reasons in the dim and distant past.
“What we need is to make The Valley a fortress and make is hard for visiting teams while picking up away points.”
